The team at Atwell built a business on a genuine community connection and focussed on delivering exceptional professional services. They became a destination for sleep apnoea, NDSS diabetes education, compounding, DAA’s and leave certificates. Their front of shop offer included a strong focus on alternative and natural therapies as well as a good beauty offer.

This pharmacy had an outstanding offer delivered in an outdated pharmacy refit. With so much going on in dispensary operations and front of shop, efficiencies and space were needed so that each part of the business had the potential to support the current need as well as the projected growth. An additional 50sqm was added to the footprint as well as providing a much needed refresh to the look and feel. The pharmacy staff were actively engaged in the consultation process and during the design concepts phase to ensure that the needs of everyone were accounted for. Their attention to every detail, resulted in a design which supported the operational needs of the business, as a result they have continued to build their business.
