There are many variables which determine the response including the size and scope of the project, the complexity of your building, as well as how quickly you are able to make decisions. Generally you would need be looking at 16 – 24 weeks for the design process.
Variables which impact your cost will include the size and scope of your project and the complexity of the building. Adding a consulting room is much cheaper than a designing a new space from scratch. If you are planning on a substantial re-fit in a 300sqm space, you would allow $5-7K for the concept development and around $6k for the drawing up of detailed builders plans.

Thankfully we have been having video meetings with our clients for years! Our clients are based throughout Australia and New Zealand and we have always used interactive online video meetings for concepts and 3D presentations. This facilitates immediate feedback being made into your design ensuring the project moves ahead at a faster pace.
The standard service agreement provides up to three major design changes at agreed stages in the process. During the process we keep you informed about which stage you are at and how many revisions you have had. Once you have settled on your concept and the builder’s plans are underway, major changes result in significant re-work and may incur a fee.
We have an extensive network of shopfitters and builders and can provide you with the details of companies we have worked with.
Yes. We hand over the builders documentation to them and remain available for them during the build process in the event they have any questions.
