When Seaford Discount Drug Store relocated from its previous site just up the road, the vision was clear — create a larger, more efficient pharmacy that could better support both the team and the growing local community. Working alongside Pharmacium, the new 364sqm greenfield site was designed to deliver a modern retail experience with improved workflow, visibility, and dispensary functionality.
Designed from the ground up, the new pharmacy combines strong retail presence with a highly practical layout tailored to the realities of day-to-day pharmacy operations. Bright brand-led interiors, clear customer flow, and an expanded dispensary area help create a space that feels both welcoming and efficient.
A key focus of the project was improving workflow and dispensing capacity. The larger footprint allowed for the integration of robotic dispensing technology from Willach Pharmacy Solutions alongside purpose-built work zones, helping streamline operations and support the pharmacy team as prescription volumes continue to grow.
The result is a future-ready pharmacy that not only reflects the Discount Drug Stores brand but also creates a more functional environment for staff and a better overall experience for customers.
