Head of Client Services
Mel has a passion for community pharmacy and delivering programs which support the expanded scope of practice, efficiency, and professionalism within the pharmacy industry. With 35 years of experience in retail pharmacy working across most roles within the retail and dispensary environment, and for the previous 5 years in brand operations with Sigma Healthcare, Mel has a deep background in dispensary operations which aligns to the Willach suite of design services and robotics.
Senior Designer
Kan is a highly experienced Victorian Registered Senior Architect with over 20 years of expertise in the field. Specialising in healthcare architecture, he has played a pivotal role in designing and delivering functional, innovative, and patient-focused spaces. His deep understanding of complex healthcare environments, coupled with his meticulous attention to detail, ensures that every project he undertakes meets the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and aesthetics. With a passion for architecture that enhances well-being, Kan continues to shape the built environment with thoughtful and impactful designs.

Having cut her teeth on the shop floor as a pharmacy assistant at aged 14, Meg has had a broad corporate career spanning 30 years which included 5 years as Head of Marketing for the Chemmart and Pharmacy Choice brands.
Meg brings a strategic and data driven approach to the aspects of design with a particular interest in bringing together the psychology of design and the impact it has on staff, customers and profitability.
Outside of work, Meg is a regular guest presenter at universities in the area of Business Process Improvement and is an assessor for the Deakin MBA Business Processes and Technology subject.
In her spare time, you will find her renovating her mid-century modern house in SE Melbourne, in her garden, playing golf as well as hanging out with her husband and three adult children.
Designer
Tom has spent the last 10 years working in Architecture and Design. Having moved between different fields – including infrastructure development, commercial fit outs, residential buildings, and the manufacturing of furniture, he has spent the last 2 years specialising in pharmacy design.
With a combination of conceptual design and hands on experience, Tom brings an all-round understanding of the processes involved in bringing projects to life and enjoys a challenge when it comes to unique ideas from clients.
Tom also runs a small furniture design and fabrication business based in Melbourne, experimenting with locally made pieces for public, commercial and residential settings.
Pharmacist

Adam has over 10 years of frontline experience working as a pharmacist in varied community settings. He has held positions which required him to improve efficiencies and the effectiveness of operations from boutique to large pharmacy chains. Adam holds valuable insights in the industry through the people he has encountered along the way.
Always the keen learner, he actively seeks differing perspectives from veterans or the newest recruits alike, applying their knowledge and shared experiences to the ever changing environment of providing patient care.
Passionate about lasting systems, outside of pharmacy Adam also manages an entire ecosystem, finding practical applications for a love of chemistry and biology by running his own commercial cattle farm.
