Simon has spent 35 years working with and in pharmacies. Starting at age 19 at Central Market Pharmacy in Adelaide he became a Business Support Manager for the Kodak pharmacy division, then joining Faulding as a Chemmart Regional Manager eventually becoming the Head of Operations. He spent a few years in a National Operations role for a non-pharmacy retail franchise and was enticed back to pharmacy taking on Store Operations across the Noel Allen Group.
Simon has worked with our Group for 12 years undertaking hundreds of pharmacy design projects. He is passionate about the relationships between best practice workflows, the impact on pharmacy design as well as the need to engage and include staff in the change process to maximise profitability.
Coming from a multi-generational family of builders, Simon has built several houses, renovated four and flipped the odd property as well, he is a handy resource to have on site during a re-fit!. When not working, which is quite rare, Simon is renovating his house.

Having cut her teeth on the shop floor as a pharmacy assistant at aged 14, Meg has had a broad corporate career spanning 30 years which included 5 years as Head of Marketing for the Chemmart and Pharmacy Choice brands.
Meg brings a strategic and data driven approach to the aspects of design with a particular interest in bringing together the psychology of design and the impact it has on staff, customers and profitability.
Outside of work, Meg is a regular guest presenter at universities in the area of Business Process Improvement and is an assessor for the Deakin MBA Business Processes and Technology subject.
In her spare time, you will find her renovating her mid-century modern house in SE Melbourne, in her garden, playing golf as well as hanging out with her husband and three adult children.

Adam has over 10 years of frontline experience working as a pharmacist in varied community settings. He has held positions which required him to improve efficiencies and the effectiveness of operations from boutique to large pharmacy chains. Adam holds valuable insights in the industry through the people he has encountered along the way.
Always the keen learner, he actively seeks differing perspectives from veterans or the newest recruits alike, applying their knowledge and shared experiences to the ever changing environment of providing patient care.
Passionate about lasting systems, outside of pharmacy Adam also manages an entire ecosystem, finding practical applications for a love of chemistry and biology by running his own commercial cattle farm.
