Simon has spent 35 years working with and in pharmacies. Starting at age 19 at Central Market Pharmacy in Adelaide he became a Business Support Manager for the Kodak pharmacy division, then joining Faulding as a Chemmart Regional Manager eventually becoming the Head of Operations. He spent a few years in a National Operations role for a non-pharmacy retail franchise and was enticed back to pharmacy taking on Store Operations across the Noel Allen Group.
Simon has worked with our Group for 9 years undertaking hundreds of pharmacy design projects. He is passionate about the relationships between best practice workflows, the impact on pharmacy design as well as the need to engage and include staff in the change process to maximise profitability.
Coming from a multi-generational family of builders, Simon has built several houses, renovated four and flipped the odd property as well, he is a handy resource to have on site during a re-fit!. When not working, which is quite rare, Simon and his wife enjoy connecting (via video at the moment) time with their two adult sons.
