When the medical centre approached the pharmacy down the road about setting up a small pharmacy in a corner of the waiting room to cater to the needs of their patients, Karyn jumped at the opportunity.

The brief was to create a community pharmacy offer, complying with all WA pharmacy regulations, in 21sqm. In creating the space we worked closely with the pharmacists, ensuring that the workflow was efficient and effective and that the storage solutions were smart (as was the stock range and stock management thinking). The medical centre is delighted with the results, patients are thrilled with the convenience and fantastic service and although it is early days still, Karyn is pleased with the outcome.
