This pharmacy was originally located in a building with a large medical centre and an adjoining coffee shop.  The busy medical centre needed to expand, and the pharmacy needed more space to operate their dispensary. 

So, when the land next to the building came up for sale the pharmacy owner jumped at the opportunity to purchase the land and build a purpose built pharmacy.

The brief was to include a dedicated compounding area and have sufficient storage and workspace to accommodate the large  amount  of DAA which had been organically growing over time.
