Pharmacium’s team worked closely with the pharmacy to deliver a space that’s both functional and welcoming. The redesigned dispensary encourages pharmacists to step out from behind the counter and engage more directly with patients—supporting a patient-centred approach to healthcare.

To further enhance efficiency, a CONSIS B robotic dispensing system from Willach Pharmacy Solutions was installed. Compact yet powerful, the CONSIS B has transformed the dispensary’s workflow—reducing picking times, improving stock management, and supporting greater dispensing accuracy.
