Established in 1825, Australia’s oldest pharmacy is located in Launceston. This pharmacy was moving into a new location as well as changing brands to Soul Pattinson. ​

Because of this, the new brand was applied to this new location, creating a strong visually appealing pharmacy. There were a number of challenges with this space, in particular working around the stairwell behind the dispensary bench. The solution included the creation of a longer dispensary operations area to ensure private and semi private consult areas were maintained along with the ability to check DAA’s, undertake paperwork and deliver their dosing program. Changes to their workflows and an efficient storage solution have resulted in appropriate space allocations. ​
